Pear & Avocado Smoothie


  • 1/2 avocado, pitted and peeled
  • 3/4 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 400g can of 25% less sugar, SPC Sliced pears In syrup  
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves
  • 1 cup ice


  1. In a blender, combine pear, avocado, spinach, coconut water, 1 cup of ice and blend until smooth.
  2. Add mint; blend to finely chop.
  3. Serve immediately.

*Any leftover can be stored in the fridge for a healthy snack.
