Fruit Plus Smoothies

Our smoothies featuring our new Fruit Plus pouches are the perfect way to start the day!

Ingredients:

Apple, Cinnamon & Chia Smoothie

  • 1 Fruit Plus Apple & Cinnamon Pouch
  • 1/2 cup frozen spinach
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup apple juice
  • 1/4 cup vanilla yoghurt

Apple, Banana & Honey Smoothie

  • 1 Fruit Plus Apple, Banana & Honey Pouch
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup Goulburn Valley Peaches
  • 1/4 cup coconut yoghurt

Apple, Pineapple, Banana and Mango Smoothie 

  • 1 Fruit Plus Apple, Pineapple, Banana and Mango Pouch
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk

Apple and Berry Smoothie 

  • 1 Fruit Plus Apple and Berry pouch
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup plain yoghurt

Method:

  1. Blend all ingredients and serve immediately
