Peachy Breakfast Smoothie


  • 825g can SPC peaches sliced in juice, drained
  • 2/3 cup vanilla yoghurt
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 2 tbsp mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger, peeled, finely grated
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk, chilled
  • Chopped strawberries, passionfruit pulp, mint leaves to serve 


  1. Combine peaches, yoghurt, banana, mint leaves, ginger and honey in the jug of a blender of food processor. Pour over almond milk.
  2. Process on high until mixture is thick and smooth. Serve in tall glasses topped with chopped strawberries, passionfruit or mint leaves.

Tip: For an extra cold smoothie, blend with a few ice cubes or freeze banana overnight. Replace honey with peach juice to taste if preferred.
