Baked Beans on Toast with Plant Based Chorizo
- 1x can SPC Baked Beans Rich Tomato 425g
- 2x slices Sourdough Bread, to toast
- 50g Baby Spinach
- 1x Vegie Delights Plant Based Chorizo Sausage, sliced
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- Heat a frying pan with a splash of oil. Lightly fry baked beans & chorizo sausage. Add spinach leaves and cook until wilted.
- Toast sourdough slices. Place beans & chorizo mixture on-top of toasted sourdough and add salt & pepper to taste.
