Baked Beans on Toast with Chorizo


  • 1x can SPC Baked Beans Rich Tomato 425g
  • 2x slices Sourdough Bread, to toast
  • 50g Baby Spinach
  • 1x Chorizo Sausage, sliced
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste


  1. Heat a frying pan with a splash of oil. Lightly fry baked beans & chorizo sausage. Add spinach leaves and cook until wilted.
  2. Toast sourdough slices. Place beans & chorizo mixture on-top of toasted sourdough and add salt & pepper to taste.
