Gourmet Baked Beans Jaffle
- 1x can SPC Baked Beans Rich Tomato 425g
- 50g Baby Spinach
- 1 cup grated Mozzarella Cheese
- Butter or Margarine
- 2x thickly sliced Bread
- 2x slices Prosciutto
- Spread butter on one side of both slices of bread.
- Stack the opposite side with grated mozzarella cheese, spinach, baked beans and then more cheese.
- Close the sandwich with the buttered side facing up.
- Wrap sandwich in slices of prosciutto.
- Place sandwich into heated sandwich press. Cook until bread and prosciutto is golden brown, and cheese has melted.
