Our plum tea is the perfect winter warmer.
- 450g Goulburn Valley Plums, deseeded and halved, reserve 1/2 cup juice
- 2 black tea bags
- 4 cups boiling water
- 2 lemons, sliced thinly
- Large handful of mint
- In a large saucepan, add Goulburn Valley Plums, reserved juice and tea bags.
- Cover with boiling water and bring to a simmer. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Strain liquid into a tea pot. Add lemon slices and mint. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
