Plum Tea

Our plum tea is the perfect winter warmer.


  • 450g Goulburn Valley Plums, deseeded and halved, reserve 1/2 cup juice
  • 2 black tea bags
  • 4 cups boiling water
  • 2 lemons, sliced thinly
  • Large handful of mint


  1. In a large saucepan, add Goulburn Valley Plums, reserved juice and tea bags.
  2. Cover with boiling water and bring to a simmer. Cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Strain liquid into a tea pot. Add lemon slices and mint. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
