Ketchup

Ingredients
- 1 x (410g) can Ardmona Rich & Thick Diced Tomatoes, Classic
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp malt vinegar
- Good pinch salt
- Pinch of all spice
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Method
- Place all ingredients into a pot, bring to the boil then turn down to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes until rich and thick.
- Use a masher to mash the sauce. Store in a sterilized jar. This sauce will last for a week in the fridge.
