  • 1 x (410g) can Ardmona Rich & Thick Diced Tomatoes, Classic
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp malt vinegar
  • Good pinch salt
  • Pinch of all spice
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce


  1. Place all ingredients into a pot, bring to the boil then turn down to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes until rich and thick.
  2. Use a masher to mash the sauce. Store in a sterilized jar. This sauce will last for a week in the fridge.
