Prawns with American-Style Cocktail Sauce

Ingredients

  • 12 cooked prawns, peeled

For the Cocktail Sauce

  • 1 x (410g) can Ardmona Rich & Thick Diced Tomatoes, Classic
  • 1 tsp caster sugar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 1 tsp horseradish cream
  • A few drops Tabasco

Method

  1. Combine all the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Serve with cooked prawns and an extra wedge of lemon.
