Herbed Spring Bruschetta
Welcome the warmer weather with our Herbed Spring Bruschetta.
Ingredients
- 1 french stick, sliced into 5 cm rounds and toasted
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 tsp oregano
- 2 tsp chives
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 400g Ardmona Cherry Tomato, gently rinsed
- 1/2 cup basil leaves
- 1/2 cup parsley leaves
- 1/2 cup dill leaves
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Method:
- In a small bowl, whisk together cottage cheese, oregano, chives, garlic powder, salt and pepper until smooth and creamy.
- Top each slice of toast with the cottage cheese mix, Ardmona Cherry Tomatoes, basil, parsley, dill and a drizzle of olive oil.
