Herbed Spring Bruschetta

Welcome the warmer weather with our Herbed Spring Bruschetta.


  • 1 french stick, sliced into 5 cm rounds and toasted
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 2 tsp chives
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 400g Ardmona Cherry Tomato, gently rinsed
  • 1/2 cup basil leaves
  • 1/2 cup parsley leaves
  • 1/2 cup dill leaves
  • 1/4 cup olive oil


  1. In a small bowl, whisk together cottage cheese, oregano, chives, garlic powder, salt and pepper until smooth and creamy.
  2. Top each slice of toast with the cottage cheese mix, Ardmona Cherry Tomatoes, basil, parsley, dill and a drizzle of olive oil.
