Veggie Wholemeal Wraps with satay dipping sauce

Delicious and nutritious, our veggie wholemeal wraps are the perfect lunch option.


  • 1/2 smooth peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup light coconut milk
  • 3 tsp sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 6 whole meal wraps
  • 1 cup Goulburn Valley Mangoes, sliced thinly
  • 1 cucumber, julienned
  • 1 red capsicum, cut into thin batons
  • 1/4 red cabbage, shredded
  • 2 carrots, julienned
  • 1 bunch mint, shredded


  1. In a small bowl, combine peanut butter, coconut milk, sweet chilli sauce and lime juice. Season to taste.
  2. Layer Goulburn Valley mangoes, fresh vegetables and mint in whole meal wraps.
  3. Serve wraps with satay dipping sauce.
