Fruit Medley Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup white chia seeds
- 400ml coconut milk
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 700g jar fruit salad, drained
- Raspberries and toasted shredded coconut, to serve
Method
- Combine chia seeds, milk and syrup in a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
- Spoon a layer of fruit in the bottom of 4 serving glasses, top with a layer of chia pudding, more fruit finishing with chia pudding into the bottom of 4 serving glasses. Top with raspberries and coconut.
