Fruit Medley Acai Bowl


  • 2 banana’s
  • 200g organic frozen Acai puree
  • 2 x 170g snack tubs fruit salad in juice
  • 200mls Greek yoghurt
  • 1 kiwi fruit, sliced
  • Granola
  • Flaked almonds & toasted shredded coconut


  1. Break banana’s into a blender. Add partially thawed acai and the juice from snack tubs. Blend until smooth and thick. Stir through yoghurt. 
  2. Spoon into a bowl and top with kiwi fruit, fruit salad, granola, coconut and almonds.
