Fruit Medley Acai Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 banana’s
- 200g organic frozen Acai puree
- 2 x 170g snack tubs fruit salad in juice
- 200mls Greek yoghurt
- 1 kiwi fruit, sliced
- Granola
- Flaked almonds & toasted shredded coconut
Method
- Break banana’s into a blender. Add partially thawed acai and the juice from snack tubs. Blend until smooth and thick. Stir through yoghurt.
- Spoon into a bowl and top with kiwi fruit, fruit salad, granola, coconut and almonds.
