Apricot Chia Jam
The perfect afternoon tea delight, our apricot chia seed jam will be a crowd pleaser
- 2 cup Goulburn Valley Apricots, drained and mashed
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Let stand for 5 minutes or until thickened, then transfer to a jar and store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
