Apricot Chia Jam

The perfect afternoon tea delight, our apricot chia seed jam will be a crowd pleaser


  • 2 cup Goulburn Valley Apricots, drained and mashed
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds


  1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
  2. Let stand for 5 minutes or until thickened, then transfer to a jar and store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
