Pumpkin Peach Nut Loaf
Ingredients
400g SR flour
200g finely grated pumpkin
100g chopped walnuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
1tsp nutmeg
4 eggs
320g brown sugar
3 tbsp. oil
SPC Peaches Drained
Method
Combine all dry ingredients.
In a bowl mix eggs pumpkin peaches oil sugar together add dry ingredients mix together add ¾ nuts keep some for the top.
Pour into greased tins top with nuts bake 170c 50-1hr min.
