Pickling Syrups: Great for salads, sides & fillers

Ingredients

  • 1 lt SPC strained fruit liquid
  • ½ lt White wine vinegar/white balsamic vinegar
  • 500g Brown sugar
  • 4tsp salt

Method

  1. Bring all ingredients to boil tip over fruit store in fridge use as required
  2. Great for salads, slow cooked meats, mixed in with sides (couscous etc)
