Pickling Syrups: Great for salads, sides & fillers
Ingredients
- 1 lt SPC strained fruit liquid
- ½ lt White wine vinegar/white balsamic vinegar
- 500g Brown sugar
- 4tsp salt
Method
- Bring all ingredients to boil tip over fruit store in fridge use as required
- Great for salads, slow cooked meats, mixed in with sides (couscous etc)
