Moist Chocolate Sour Cream & Pear Cake
Ingredients
- 21/2 cups SR flour sifted
- 2 cups castor sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 Tbsp. Cocoa
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 80g Soft Butter
- SPC Drained pears
Method
- Combine all ingredients except for pears and mix smooth.
- Line cake tins arrange pears and pour over mix
- Bake 160c 50-1.20hr (very moist cake) until set.
