Moist Chocolate Sour Cream & Pear Cake

Ingredients

21/2 cups SR flour sifted

2 cups castor sugar

1 cup water

2 Tbsp. Cocoa

3 eggs

1 cup sour cream

80g Soft Butter

SPC Drained pears

Method

Combine all ingredients except for pears and mix smooth.

Line cake tins arrange pears and pour over mix

Bake 160c 50-1.20hr (very moist cake) until set.
