Moist Chocolate Sour Cream & Pear Cake

Ingredients

  • 21/2 cups SR flour sifted
  • 2 cups castor sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 Tbsp. Cocoa
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 80g Soft Butter
  • SPC Drained pears

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients except for pears and mix smooth.
  2. Line cake tins arrange pears and pour over mix
  3. Bake 160c 50-1.20hr (very moist cake) until set.
