Gourmet Baked Beans Jaffle

Ingredients

  • 1x can SPC Baked Beans Rich Tomato 425g
  • 50g Baby Spinach
  • 1 cup grated Mozzarella Cheese
  • Butter or Margarine
  • 2x thickly sliced Bread
  • 2x slices Prosciutto

Method

  1. Spread butter on one side of both slices of bread.
  2. Stack the opposite side with grated mozzarella cheese, spinach, baked beans and then more cheese.
  3. Close the sandwich with the buttered side facing up.
  4. Wrap sandwich in slices of prosciutto.
  5. Place sandwich into heated sandwich press. Cook until bread and prosciutto is golden brown, and cheese has melted.
