Lemon Myrtle Two Fruit Popsicles
Ingredients
- 1 cup lemonade
- 50ml lemon myrtle syrup
- 50ml lime juice cordial
- 700g jar two fruits, with juice, drain reserving 60ml juice
- 16 mint leaves
Method
- Combine lemonade, lemon myrtle syrup, cordial and 60ml reserved juice. Spoon two fruits into 8 x 80ml capacity popsicle moulds. Push 2 mint leaves into each mould.
- Fill with lemonade mixture. Freeze for 2 hours or until firm enough to push popsicle sticks in the center. Freeze overnight.
- Dip moulds in hot water for a few seconds to release popsicles.
