Baked Bean Jaffles With Cheese, Ham And Shallots
- 8 slices bread of choice
- Spreadable butter
- 425g can SPC Baked beans
- 200g smoked Ham, chopped
- 1/2 cup grated tasty cheese
- 1 shallot, thinly sliced
- Preheat jaffle maker. Spread each slice of bread with butter and sandwich together, buttered sides in (making four sandwiches). Set aside
- Combine beans, ham, cheese and shallots together in a medium bowl
- Spoon equal amounts of bean mix on top of each sandwich, then remove the top filled piece of bread and place buttered side down into the jaffle maker
- Top with second slice of bread, butter side up. Close and cook for 3-5 minutes or until golden and cooked through
- Repeat with remaining bread and mix to make four Jaffles
