Pear S’Mores Pizza
- 1 x 24cm pizza base
- 100g milk chocolate, broken into segments, plus 30g extra melted
- ½ x 280g bag mixed marshmallows
- SPC Pear Sliced in Juice 410g, drained
- 1 tbsp flaked almonds, toasted
- Preheat oven to 180°C fan-forced (200°C conventional). Line an oven tray with baking paper.
- Place pizza base on tray. Bake 5 minutes until golden. Remove.
- Arrange chocolate pieces evenly over hot pizza base. Bake 5 minutes to melt.
- Spread chocolate evenly over pizza base with a spatula. Arrange marshmallows over chocolate and nestle in pears.
- Bake 8-10 minutes until marshmallows are golden and melted.
- Drizzle with extra chocolate and sprinkle with toasted flaked almonds. Cut into 4 to serve.
