Pear and Peach Overnight Oats

Get a head start on the day with our flavoursome overnight oats!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds

Peach

  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 cup Goulburn Valley peaches, reserve 1/4 cup liquid
  • 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds

Pear

  • 1/2 cup Goulburn Valley pears, reserve 1/4 cup liquid
  • 1 tbsp dried cranberries
  • 2 tbsp almonds, chopped

Method

  1. In a bowl mix together oats, milk, cinnamon and chia seeds.
  2. Divide into 2 jars and layer with your choice of toppings.
  3. Refrigerate overnight. Enjoy!
