Mango Prawn Cocktail

A modern twist on a classic!


  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup thin cream
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Tabasco
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup Goulburn Valley Mango, sliced thinly
  • 12 cooked prawns
  • 2 tbsp lime zest
  • 2 tbsp mint leaves


  1. To make the cocktail sauce, combine tomato sauce, cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco in a small bowl. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
  2. To assemble the prawn cocktails, layer the ingredients amongst 6 martini glasses. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
