Classic Christmas Pavlova

Is it even the festive season without a pav?


  • 1 ready-made Pavlova base
  • 600ml thickened cream
  • 1 cup SPC Peaches
  • 1 punnet strawberries, halved
  • 6 fresh passionfruit or 1 tin (170g) passionfruit pulp
  • Handful of mint leaves


  1. Place the ready-made Pavlova on a serving plate.
  2. Whip the cream until it forms stiff peaks and refrigerate until you are ready to serve.
  3. Spread the cream over the base thickly.
  4. Place peaches and strawberries over the top.
  5. Place spoonfuls of passionfruit pulp over the top evenly. Serve immediately.
