Classic Christmas Pavlova
Is it even the festive season without a pav?
- 1 ready-made Pavlova base
- 600ml thickened cream
- 1 cup SPC Peaches
- 1 punnet strawberries, halved
- 6 fresh passionfruit or 1 tin (170g) passionfruit pulp
- Handful of mint leaves
- Place the ready-made Pavlova on a serving plate.
- Whip the cream until it forms stiff peaks and refrigerate until you are ready to serve.
- Spread the cream over the base thickly.
- Place peaches and strawberries over the top.
- Place spoonfuls of passionfruit pulp over the top evenly. Serve immediately.
