Chicken and Bean Tacos
Our chicken and bean tacos are colourful, vibrant and the perfect dinner for you and your guests!
Chicken & Capsicum
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breast, sliced thinly
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1 x 425g SPC Baked Beans
- 1 red capsicum, sliced thinly
- 1 green capsicum, sliced thinly
- 8 soft shell tacos
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1 cup shredded tasty cheese
Method:
- In a small bowl, toss sliced chicken breast with oil and taco seasoning.
- In a medium fry pan, cook chicken for 15 minutes over medium-high heat. Set aside.
- In the same pan, cook capsicum for 10 minutes or until softened. Set aside.
- To create the taco, layer chicken, SPC baked beans, capsicum, corn and shredded cheese. Enjoy!
Chicken & Avocado
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breast, sliced thinly
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning
- 8 soft shell tacos
- 1 red onion, sliced thinly
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 can SPC baked bean
- 100g feta, crumbled
Method:
- In a small bowl, toss sliced chicken breast with oil and taco seasoning.
- In a medium fry pan, cook chicken for 15 minutes over medium-high heat. Set aside.
- To create the taco, layer chicken, red onion, avocado, SPC baked beans and feta. Enjoy!
