Chicken and Bean Tacos

Our chicken and bean tacos are colourful, vibrant and the perfect dinner for you and your guests!

Chicken & Capsicum

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breast, sliced thinly
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 x 425g SPC Baked Beans
  • 1 red capsicum, sliced thinly
  • 1 green capsicum, sliced thinly
  • 8 soft shell tacos
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 1 cup shredded tasty cheese

Method:

  1. In a small bowl, toss sliced chicken breast with oil and taco seasoning.
  2. In a medium fry pan, cook chicken for 15 minutes over medium-high heat. Set aside.
  3. In the same pan, cook capsicum for 10 minutes or until softened. Set aside.
  4. To create the taco, layer chicken, SPC baked beans, capsicum, corn and shredded cheese. Enjoy!

Chicken & Avocado

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breast, sliced thinly
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 8 soft shell tacos
  • 1 red onion, sliced thinly
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 can SPC baked bean
  • 100g feta, crumbled

Method:

  1. In a small bowl, toss sliced chicken breast with oil and taco seasoning.
  2. In a medium fry pan, cook chicken for 15 minutes over medium-high heat. Set aside.
  3. To create the taco, layer chicken, red onion, avocado, SPC baked beans and feta. Enjoy!
