Our Bloody Mary is the ultimate cocktail to whip up over the festive season.
- 820g Ardmona Crushed Tomatoes
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tsps bottled horseradish
- 1 1/2 tsps Worcestershire sauce
- Tabasco, to taste
- 1 tsp celery salt
- 1 cup vodka
- Sea salt flakes, chilli powder, celery stalks and lime slices, to serve
- Place tomatoes, lime juice, horseradish, Worcestershire, Tabasco and celery salt in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Season and stir in vodka, then transfer to a serving jug with ice.
- To serve, rim chilled glasses with lime juice then dust with sea salt flakes and chilli powder. Pour the Bloody Mary into the glasses and garnish with celery and lime slices.
