Baked Bean Tucker

Simplify meal times on your next camping adventure with this easy Baked Bean Tucker!

Ingredients

  • 4 beef sausages
  • 425g SPC Baked Beans
  • 1 capsicum, cubed
  • 1 cup frozen peas

Method

  1. Cook sausages in a dry pot over medium heat or the fire, for 10 to 15 minutes, turning often.
  2. Remove sausages and chop into bite size chunks.
  3. In the same pot, add all ingredients and bring to a simmer.
  4. Remove pot from heat and serve up!
