Baked Bean Tucker
Simplify meal times on your next camping adventure with this easy Baked Bean Tucker!
- 4 beef sausages
- 425g SPC Baked Beans
- 1 capsicum, cubed
- 1 cup frozen peas
- Cook sausages in a dry pot over medium heat or the fire, for 10 to 15 minutes, turning often.
- Remove sausages and chop into bite size chunks.
- In the same pot, add all ingredients and bring to a simmer.
- Remove pot from heat and serve up!
