Baked Bean Salad

Our baked bean pots are the perfect topper to spice up any lunchtime salad.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp hummus
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 red onion, sliced
  • 1/4 avocado, cubed
  • 1/2 cup cooked brown rice OR quinoa
  • 1 x 175g SPC Rich Tomato Bean Pot

Method

  1. In a jar, layer all ingredients. Enjoy!
