Baked Bean Salad
Our baked bean pots are the perfect topper to spice up any lunchtime salad.
- 2 tbsp hummus
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 red onion, sliced
- 1/4 avocado, cubed
- 1/2 cup cooked brown rice OR quinoa
- 1 x 175g SPC Rich Tomato Bean Pot
- In a jar, layer all ingredients. Enjoy!
