Apricot Marinade

Add our apricot marinade to your next dish for a bit of sweetness.


  • 1 x 825 SPC Apricots
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt


  1. In a medium bowl, place all ingredients and mash with a fork. For a smoother marinade, blitz in a blender until smooth.
  2. Store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 5 days. Enjoy!
