Add our apricot marinade to your next dish for a bit of sweetness.
- 1 x 825 SPC Apricots
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- In a medium bowl, place all ingredients and mash with a fork. For a smoother marinade, blitz in a blender until smooth.
- Store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 5 days. Enjoy!
