Two Fruits Breakfast Trifle

Start your day the right way with our two fruit breakfast trifle.

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg plain yogurt
  • 3kg drained SPC Two Fruits
  • 1.5 cups Muesli
  • 200g passionfruit pulp
  • 100g shaved almonds
  • 150g chia seeds

Method:

  • Combine all the dry ingredients and set aside.
  • Place yogurt, fruit and dry ingredients in alternate layers in a dessert glass. Refrigerate for 2 hrs and consumer within 2 days.
