Two Fruits Breakfast Trifle
Start your day the right way with our two fruit breakfast trifle.
- 1 kg plain yogurt
- 3kg drained SPC Two Fruits
- 1.5 cups Muesli
- 200g passionfruit pulp
- 100g shaved almonds
- 150g chia seeds
- Combine all the dry ingredients and set aside.
- Place yogurt, fruit and dry ingredients in alternate layers in a dessert glass. Refrigerate for 2 hrs and consumer within 2 days.
