SPC Apple Crumble

Ingredients

Crumble:

650g raw sugars

300g  butter

300g  rolled oats

275g  flour

15g     mixed spice

For the fruit use a mix of:

1kg SPC Strained fruit – preferably apples diced baker’s choice

300g Almond meal

½ cup Brown sugar

Brandy

Cinnamon

Method

Mix all crumble ingredients together until all combined.

For the fruit combine fruit almond meal sugar and brandy together place in serving dish/es.

Place crumble on top of fruit and bake 180c 30-40 min or until golden.

Tip: You can even place fine sweet crust pastry on bottom or sprinkle a layer almond meal on bottom of dish for that extra touch.
