Salami Tomato Olive Capsicum Pasta Salad


  • 300g SPC spaghetti (drained)
  • 180g cherry tomatoes halved
  • 150g cucumber diced
  • 150g thin salami slices, cut into small pieces (or your choice)
  • 100g green pepper diced
  • small red onion diced
  • black olives thinly sliced
  • 200ml your choice vinegrette
  • 150g grated Parmesan cheese and or feta or goats cheese or combination of all
  • 10g paprika
  • Basil leaves torn or your choice of herbs
  • Salt & pepper to taste


  1. Lightly drain the pasta
  2. In a large bowl add salami and all vegetables add dressing spices then fold in pasta and some of the cheese
  3. Serve and top with remaining cheese and basil/herbs
