Pudding with Prunes

 

Ingredients

  • 400g fruit
  • 250g Butter
  • 1 Cup castor sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 125g SR Flour
  • 1ts Baking powder
  • 1ts Vanilla essence

Method

  1. Cream butter and sugar. Add egg, and fold in remaining ingredients and cook.
  2. Place on fruit. On the top rack, bake for 30 min @ 180c (add steam if have options 50%) (depending on mould size).
