Pudding with Prunes

Ingredients

400g fruit

250g Butter

1 Cup castor sugar

4 Eggs

125g SR Flour

1ts Baking powder

1ts Vanilla essence

Cooking Method

Cream butter and sugar. Add egg, and fold in remaining ingredients and cook.

Place on fruit. On the top rack, bake for 30 min @ 180c (add steam if have options 50%).

(depending on mould size)
