Prune Pudding

Ingredients

400g SPC Prunes

250g Butter

1 Cup castor sugar

4 Eggs

125g SR Flour

1ts Baking powder

1ts Vanilla essence

Method

Cream butter sugar, add egg, and fold in remaining ingredients

cook at 180 c for 40 min (depending on mould size)

Place extra prunes on top

Spread on topping and bake 30 min at 180c (add steam if have options 50%)
