Prune Pudding


  • 400g SPC Prunes
  • 250g Butter
  • 1 Cup castor sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 125g SR Flour
  • 1ts Baking powder
  • 1ts Vanilla essence


  1. Cream butter sugar, add egg, and fold in remaining ingredients
  2. cook at 180 c for 40 min (depending on mould size)
  3. Place extra prunes on top
  4. Spread on topping and bake 30 min at 180c (add steam if have options 50%)
