Pork Spare Ribs with Whole Plums



Sliced shallot/red onion

Crushed garlic

Minced ginger

Fish sauce

Black pepper

SPC Whole plum with ½ liquid

1kg Boneless rind less pork belly sliced

Brown sugar

Sm paprika

Maple syrup


Cooking Method

Sear pork to color and place in pan. Combine all ingredients and pour over pork.

Slow cook, ½ steam 150c 2.5 hrs. Sous vide or pressure cook and serve with sauce.
