Mustard Fruits


500ml White wine

500ml Syrup from tin

Spc fruit strained

3 Star Anise

1tbs Black pepper

6 Cardamom pods

½ Cup sugar

1tbs Mustard seed

1tbs Dijon mustard

1tbs Seeded mustard

2 Bay leaves

Cooking Method

Bring to boil slowly turn off heat add strained fruit, allow to cool in liquid and store use as required keep refrigerated.
