Fruit Brownies

 

Ingredients

5    eggs

580g   butter

500g   sugar

650g   chocolate

420g   walnuts/any nut

300g   flour/s.r

Strained SPC Fruit

Rum

 

Cooking Method

½ melt butter, add chocolate and stir smooth.

Whip eggs and sugar thick and creamy. Add chocolate then fold in flour and nuts. Place fruit on grease proofed tray/mould, add mix and bake @180-200oC 30-40 mins until just set.
