Caribbean Pork Cutlet with Apricot Smash

Ingredients

Thick pork chops bone in

Marinade

Chopped coriander

1 jar ancho chilli

equal parts

Allspice

Cloves

Coriander seeds

Olive oil

2-tblespn Worcestershire sauce

Honey/maple syrup

Soy sauce

Lime zest

Orange zest

SPC Apricot drain smashed

Method

Combine all together and marinade chops for no longer 2 hrs.

Cook as desired BBQ/Grill/Charcoal grill Chops serve with more coriander apricots and lime
