Caribbean Pork Cutlet with Apricot Smash

  • Ingredients
  • Thick pork chops bone in
  • Marinade
  • Chopped coriander
  • 1 jar ancho chilli
  • equal parts
  • Allspice
  • Cloves
  • Coriander seeds
  • Olive oil
  • 2-tblespn Worcestershire sauce
  • Honey/maple syrup
  • Soy sauce
  • Lime zest
  • Orange zest
  • SPC Apricot drain smashed

Method

  1. Combine all together and marinade chops for no longer 2 hrs.
  2. Cook as desired BBQ/Grill/Charcoal grill Chops serve with more coriander apricots and lime
