SPC Sliced apples
2 x Grated carrots
100g shredded coconut
200ml Boiling water
260g Brown sugar
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well and fold in flour keep.
In a separate bowl pour boiling water over dates and bicarbonate.
Add to butter, mix and fold in apples (will be runny).
Bake in tins @190 for 50mins or muffin trays @185c for 20-30 min.
