Apple and Pork Pies
Pulled Pork or Diced slow cooked pork belly
10 sheets of ready rolled Flaky Pastry
½ Red Onion diced
1 clove Garlic finely chopped
200g SPC Diced apple
1 tsp. ground cumin
2 handfuls Coriander Leaves chopped
2 Spring Onions finely sliced
100g SPC Chunky tomatoes
150g Sour Cream
1 Egg whisked for brushing pastry
Heat oven 200c.
In a pan cook onion, add garlic cumin. Add apple tomato and pork simmer.
Add spring onion, coriander, stir and turn off the heat.
Line pie mould with pastry, place filling in and add a spoon of sour cream. Place lid on top.
Brush with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake 35-40 mins till pastry is cooked.
