IXL and Taylor’s brands to remain part of SPC

The IXL Jam and Taylor’s Marinade and Sauces brands sale to Kyabram Conserves Pty Ltd, which was scheduled for completion by 31 October 2018, will no longer be proceeding.

In September 2018, SPC announced the sale of the IXL Jam and Taylor’s Marinade and Sauces brands to Kyabram Conserves Pty Ltd, a company backed by Sydney based fund and asset manager, Millinium Capital Managers Limited. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.

The sale to Kyabram Conserves Pty Ltd, which was scheduled for completion by 31 October 2018, will no longer be proceeding.

The IXL and Taylor’s brands will remain with SPC.

For the team located at Kyabram it’s business as usual as a continuing part of the SPC family. Any next steps for the IXL and Taylor’s Marinade and Sauces brands will be considered in conjunction with the strategic review of growth options for SPC announced by Coca-Cola Amatil on 22 August 2018.
