Pear & Avocado Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 avocado, pitted and peeled
- 3/4 cup baby spinach leaves
- 400g can of 25% less sugar, SPC Sliced pears In syrup
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1/4 cup mint leaves
- 1 cup ice
Method
- In a blender, combine pear, avocado, spinach, coconut water, 1 cup of ice and blend until smooth.
- Add mint; blend to finely chop.
- Serve immediately.
*Any leftover can be stored in the fridge for a healthy snack.
